These guys picked NY-12 because of me — they announced that defeating me is their #1 priority in 2026.
Here’s why: These billionaires want zero rules or regulations around Big AI. They’d prefer a wild west landscape where they can pad their own pockets at the expense of our jobs, our kids’ minds, and our democracy.
They’re targeting me because I wrote and passed the strongest AI safety legislation in the country right here in New York, and they know that when I’m elected to Congress, I’ll take that fight to Washington.
I’m a computer scientist. I spent a decade working in tech and writing code. I understand this stuff — how much it can contribute to progress and innovation, and how dangerous it can be if left totally unchecked.
