Movements start with a shared vision. The first Zionist Organization of America Women’s Leadership Call with nearly 40 participants from around the country marks the launch of a powerful grassroots effort — bringing together diverse Jewish women with the courage, foresight, and purpose to educate, advocate, and organize against antisemitism. There is strength in numbers, and together our voices will be heard.
We were honored to hear from Morton Klein, whose fearless advocacy and unwavering commitment to speaking the truth remind us what bold leadership looks like. His voice inspires us to stand strong, speak loudly, and never back down.
And a special moment of pride — celebrating my mom, Rhonda Small, for leading this initiative [along with Susan Good] and helping bring this vision to life. Her dedication, passion, and drive embody what women-led grassroots leadership is all about.
