Register now: Transit-oriented development listening session set for Feb. 5

Join Commerce on Feb. 5 for a listening session on RCW 36.70A.840, Washington’s new law on transit-oriented development (TOD).

We’ll provide an overview of the recently enacted legislation, Commerce’s work to develop a model code and related guidance, and other information. We also want to hear from you about how Commerce can best support your efforts to implement TOD in your community.
