This is not rhetoric for me.
As Attorney General, I led the fight to pass the GIRLS Act. That law protects athletic opportunities for girls and women, and it ensures a level playing field for female athletes.
Because of the GIRLS Act, Arkansas secured fairness in women’s sports and gave the Attorney General’s Office the authority to enforce the law and hold schools accountable.
Now this issue is back in the spotlight.
We're waiting on a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court that could have serious consequences for women’s sports nationwide.
The ruling will matter, and it will take leaders who are willing to stand firm and act.
I have been clear from the beginning, and I will not back down now.
Boys do not belong in girls’ sports, and Arkansas should never be forced to abandon common sense.
As we approach our January end of month fundraising deadline, I am asking you to stand with me and help ensure I have the resources to keep fighting for these values.
