Women for America First Files Lawsuit Against NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio Over BLM “Mural” Outside Trump Tower

As I am sure you have heard, we have requested permission to paint a mural to inspire women in NYC, just like BLM did on 5th Ave in front of Trump Tower. (ICYMI, the original email is below.)
Since our request was completely ignored, we have hired legal counsel to sue NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. We filed ([link removed]) last week with some of the best legal minds in the country, Ron Coleman and Mike Yoder.
The good news is that it looks like we have a very strong case. A retired judge even told the NY Post ([link removed]) last week, "It doesn’t strike me that function of a mayor is to start writing slogans on public streets that express political feelings. It shows a dereliction of responsibility at the very top in terms of the management of our city."
The bad news is that the communist Mayor of New York City is violating the rights of American citizens and unless we do something, it will only get worse.
Fighting in the courts is an expensive and we are asking for your support ([link removed]) for the lawsuit against Bill de Blasio.
We will keep you updated as things progress but we cannot do this without you.

Sitting at home, it can feel like you're all alone... but you are not! There are millions of patriots, just like you, that are disgusted with the current state of affairs.
I know, it is very frustrating and truly feels like things can't get much worse.
If you are like me, you have been sitting back watching the state of the country to see how things unfold with the pandemic and now, all eyes are upon one of our greatest cities, New York City. Whether you've been to the Big Apple or dream of going, the reality is that NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio's policies are devastating to the city.
Beyond crime rates rising to record highs, NYC Mayor de Blasio has taken things to the next level...not just hurting New Yorkers, but now he is playing favorites with political groups and possibly impeding on Americans' First Amendment Rights.
Mayor de Blasio's NYC is the liberal model of what our country will look like under Democrats.
In case you missed it, he not only allowed Black Lives Matter to paint a mural on 5th Avenue in front of Trump Tower, but he also participated in the political activity on a city street, turning it into a public forum.
While painting, Mayor de Blasio stated, “Black lives matter in our city, and Black lives matter in the United States of America. Let’s show Donald Trump what he does not understand. Let’s paint it right in front of his building for him.”
Can you ever think of a time where it was acceptable for a major city to allow such a political message to be painted on streets paid for with taxpayers' money?
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WE ARE FIGHTING BACK!
This is not about black lives, white lives, hispanic lives.. this is about our First Amendment Right to express our voice and as women, WE DESERVE TO HAVE OUR VOICES HEARD TOO!!
We have made a formal request to Mayor de Blasio to paint a "mural" in New York City on behalf of Women for America First.
Here is a copy of our letter:
We have requested Mayor de Blasio to respond to our letter within 3 days.
If he doesn't respond or grant us permission, we will be filing a lawsuit against Mayor de Blasio and the city of New York.
We have had enough with sitting idly by while our country is being devastated by a virus we cannot control. The last thing we will let happen is for liberal ideology to desecrate the United States Constitution and impede our rights as Americans.
Stay tuned to see Mayor de Blasio's response. We will let you know as soon as we hear from him.
