Republicans have decided they’re done talking about the Epstein files. They’re done asking questions and done caring altogether.
The Justice Department blew past the legal deadline to release the Epstein records — and instead of holding them accountable, House Republicans are shrugging and moving on. Some are literally saying they “don’t give a rip” anymore.
I’m not letting this go.
Congress passed a law. The DOJ is ignoring it. Republicans voted for transparency when it was convenient — and abandoned it the moment it became uncomfortable for Donald Trump.
I’m not backing down because Republicans got scared. I’m not backing down because the White House applied pressure. And I’m not backing down because it’s easier to change the subject.
Victims deserve answers. The public deserves transparency. And the law deserves to be enforced.
I promise you this: as long as I’m in Congress, I won’t stop asking the questions they want buried.
