Get Ready for the Great Backyard Bird Count
The Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC) is almost here! This February, bird and nature lovers of all skill levels and abilities will unite to tally as many of the world’s bird species as possible over four days. Tune into a fun and beginner-friendly webinar ([link removed]) all about how you can participate in this year’s GBBC on Thursday, February 5 at 3 p.m. ET or Wednesday, February 11 at 7 p.m. ET.

In this webinar, GBBC team members will share how to participate with confidence, while special guest and author of Field Notes from an Unintentional Birder Julia Zarankin explores beginner birding and the love and joy of backyard birds.
Taking place February 13–16, the Great Backyard Bird Count ([link removed]) is an inter-organizational effort between Audubon, Cornell Lab of Ornithology, and Birds Canada. Anyone can take part in the GBBC, from beginning bird watchers to experts, and you can participate from your backyard, a public park, or anywhere in the world.
