Hi,

We’re less than a week away from wrapping up January, and the urgency of holding the Trump administration accountable is crystal clear.

Families are in limbo over healthcare access. The cost of groceries, rent, and basic necessities continues to rise. And the Trump administration fuels more division by the day.

Before we get further into the year — and inevitably caught up responding to the next crisis — I want to pause and hear directly from you about the issues that matter most to you in 2026.

Will you take two minutes to complete our priorities survey? [[link removed]]

Hearing from people in the community is one of the most important parts of my job, and it's a responsibility I take very seriously.

While my office is always open and I'm out in the community as much as possible, I know I can't reach everyone face-to-face.

That's why I'm hoping to gather your feedback through this quick survey. Your answers will help me focus on your priorities. [[link removed]]

Thank you for making your voice heard,

The son of hardworking farmworkers, Dr. Ruiz grew up in Coachella, CA and learned at an early age that the key to attaining the American Dream is hard work and a great education. In the summer of 1990, Raul walked in the desert heat from business to business in the Coachella Valley asking them to invest in their community by contributing to his education. With each investment for college, he made a promise to come back home and serve his community as a physician. In 2012, he decided to take his service to the community to the next level by running for Congress. Dr. Ruiz needs our help to continue fighting for us in Congress.
