Over the past few months, I've been leading our pet food distribution logistics—a critical part of the ASPCA COVID-19 relief and response efforts. I've worked with my colleagues to ensure that thousands of pounds of pet food reached the right destinations at the right time, allowing struggling pet owners to secure meals for their beloved pets.
I'm Jim, and I am the Director of Field Logistics, Fleet and Safety, for the ASPCA National Field Response (NFR). Right now, we're in the height of the summer, which means NFR is currently preparing response for potential hurricanes, wildfires and other natural disasters.
