We would like to invite you to participate in the LULAC Virtual Career Fair held Friday, August 14, and Saturday, August 15, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Join us and become part of a greater national movement of companies and organizations committed to diversity and inclusion. Our virtual career fair brings together local, regional, and Fortune 500 companies to recruit new talent.

Our audience range from college students, to recent graduates, to seasoned professionals exploring new career opportunities.

Qualified job seekers will be able to apply to your job listings, upload their resumes, schedule a chat with recruiters, and hang out in the virtual lobby to read more about your organization’s mission and values.

As an employer, you are assigned a virtual booth where you can add contact information, company URL, email, logo, social media links, and add all active job listings.

You will also have access to two chat “seats” where you can view a candidate's contact details, resume or simply download your chat history for future reference. The process is mobile-friendly, and the live chat offers synchronous communication with your prospective employees.

The cost of the booth is $135. Our packages include the booth plus one job post for $200 or two job posts at a discounted rate of $250. You have the option of paying $65.00 for each additional job post.

We've secured access to a full range of duration-based top job boards. In addition to field-specific job boards, our Targeted Audience Network™ lets you reach affiliate groups, such as veterans, recent college graduates, the disabled, and diverse candidates.
