Almost immediately after federal agents killed Alex Pretti in Minneapolis this
past Saturday, officials within the Trump regime started lying about the murder.

Leading the pack was Kristi Noem, who — as the MAGA extremist Donald Trump
installed to run his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) — is in charge of the
masked, unidentified thugs that are terrorizing the American people in the name
of “immigration enforcement.”

Noem blamed Pretti for his own execution, lied about him “brandishing” a gun and
wanting to “kill law enforcement,” and claimed he was a “domestic terrorist” —
the same phrase she rushed to use when agents under her purview killed Renee
Good in Minneapolis earlier this month.

Terror IS happening right now in America. But not in the form of everyday
citizens protesting in accordance with their First Amendment rights.

Kristi Noem — and the ragtag goon squads operating under her so-called
leadership at DHS, CBP, and ICE — are terrorizing us, citizens and non-citizens
alike, as a matter of policy, as an intentional project of brutality, racism,
and lawlessness.

A resolution to impeach Noem already has over 140 cosponsors in the United
States House of Representatives.

The Secretary of Homeland Security is supposed to make America safer. Kristi
Noem is making our country less safe by the minute. If Noem refuses to step
down, Congress should use the power of impeachment spelled out in the United
States Constitution to remove her from office.
