Jack, in the six weeks since Trump deployed a flood of federal immigration agents to Minnesota, the situation has become dire. The violence has resulted in the tragic killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. ICE agents have forcibly entered homes without warrants, tear-gassed protestors, and detained several children, including Liam Ramos, who is just five years old.

Meanwhile, Trump and his administration continue to defend and attempt to justify the violence they’ve unleashed. There’s simply no justification. This is purposeful terror. What’s happening in Minnesota has repercussions for all of us. As ICE’s violence deepens and spreads across the country, we will continue to be tested.

Across Minnesota, ICE continues their occupation. Normal life has been interrupted, as schools have been forced to close or go virtual, as people live in fear of leaving their homes or going to work. Minnesotans are organized and activated to respond to this violence. But they need our help.

Your support is urgently needed. Together, we can meet this moment—and the ones ahead. Please donate today to help support frontline organizations in Minnesota that are protecting residents and standing with their communities.
