Bands & Burlesque (WAISN Fundraiser) - Thursday 1/29

Riley, a local tattoo artist, only wants one thing for her birthday: to raise funds for the WA Immigrant Solidarity Network. Get your ear plugs and wallets ready, because you’re about to be wowed by a collection of bands and burlesque performers that will inspire you to give generously. Members of our Immigrant Justice Working Group will be available at this event with resources about how to Protect our Neighbors from ICE

WA State Rep. Shaun Scott Town Hall - Sunday 2/1

Join Washington State’s 43rd Legislative District Representative Shaun Scott for this in-district Town Hall discussing the bill he recently introduced, the Well Washington Fund, a payroll excise tax that would, in part, be dedicated to overcoming the most recent federal funding cuts.
This is a great opportunity for members of the community to come hear what it will take to pass this bill that would save critical social service infrastructure, such as SNAP and Medicaid!
