Friend, 

ICE has been terrorizing our cities – acting as masked militias that do not have to abide by the rule of law. This needs to end.

That's why I joined Coloradans at the ICE Out protest in Denver on Sunday – to demand a stop to the senseless violence, the dehumanizing policies and the immediate removal of these agents from our cities.

Today, I want to make two things crystal-clear:

1. I'm voting NO on the Department of Homeland Security funding bill.

2. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has got to go.

I will not sign a blank check for Trump's Department of Homeland Security to send masked agents to terrorize our communities, rip families apart and kill U.S. citizens. But none of us can allow this to become normal in our country. We must all speak out together to defend our Constitutional rights against the escalating violence and overreach.
