This past weekend in Minneapolis, Alex Pretti, a Veterans Affairs ICU nurse who dedicated his life to caring for others, was helping a woman who had been shoved to the ground by federal law enforcement. Moments later, he was pepper-sprayed, shot, and killed by ICE agents.

I watched the video. I am horrified. What happened is unmistakable.

This administration is out of control. That’s why I signed onto the Articles of Impeachment for Kristi Noem. Every day she continues to lead the Department of Homeland Security, our communities are less safe.

Let me be clear: Republicans at every level of government are responsible for this tragedy.

They have allowed federal agents to target American citizens, escalate violence, and do everything except make our communities safer. They’ve become a domestic terrorist organization that beats and brutalizes protesters while spreading chaos and fear across the country.

We cannot allow their abuse of power, lawlessness, and violation of the Constitution to continue.

We must demand accountability. That starts with Kristi Noem’s impeachment.
