*Withholding Tax Quarterly Return and Deposit Due Dates* 

Your fourth quarter (October through December 2025) Minnesota Withholding Tax return is due *February 2. *Because January 31 falls on a weekend, you have until the next business day, February 2, to file. 

Deposits were due according to your semiweekly or monthly deposit schedule. 

*Exception*: You may make your deposit by February 2 if both these apply: 


* You withheld $1,500 or less of Minnesota withholding tax in the third quarter (July through September 2025) 

* You filed your third quarter withholding tax return on time
