This past weekend, DHS agents shot and killed 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, the second death in Minneapolis at the hands of DHS agents in just two weeks.

Team, we are heartbroken and outraged. We mourn this needless death alongside the victim’s family, the Minneapolis community, and every American who is rightly horrified by the Administration's indefensible actions.

The Trump Administration’s brutal occupation of American communities with armed, masked agents must end immediately.

New Dems are demanding a full, independent investigation of this killing – along with the killing of Renee Nicole Good and other DHS-related shootings – and full accountability for the officers involved.

Secretary Kristi Noem is ultimately responsible and should be fired immediately or resign in disgrace.
