| Friends, Yesterday, at our peaceful protest in downtown Tyler, a mob of Louie Gohmert supporters violently assaulted my campaign manager, choked another man, and hit a woman in the chest. Today, during a TV interview, Louie laughed it off. Louie did what he does best -- fanned the flames with a conspiracy. He intimated that our campaign paid people to incite violence at this protest. What a disgusting thing to do. Let’s be clear -- this is the kind of thuggery that we will continue to see if Louie isn’t voted out in November. Let’s hold this kook accountable before his lawless leadership gets more people in East Texas hurt. It’s time to get Gohmert gone.
