You're Invited! Early Childhood Advocacy Day
Calling all advocates! Join us in Springfield, Illinois on May 13, 2026 for Early Childhood Advocacy Day.
Use your collective voice to express the importance of early childhood programs to lawmakers, and boost your knowledge with key information on legislative and budget issues that will affect the futures of children throughout the state. Join us in calling on the Illinois General Assembly to prioritize investments in our youngest learners & their families as they finalize the Fiscal Year 2027 budget!

You may receive this invitation from multiple co-hosts, but regardless of who you register with, you only need to register for ECAD once!
On May 13 we will head to Springfield along with Child Care For All, Community Organizing and Family Issues / POWER-PAC IL, Evanston Early Childhood Council, Illinois Action For Children, Latino Policy Forum, Raising Illinois, SEIU HCII, United Palatine Coalition, We, The Village Coalition, and our partner, Illinois AEYC to promote increased opportunities for our youngest learners. With your support, we can help cultivate the future they deserve.
We know that in these uncertain times, some advocates may not feel comfortable traveling to Springfield this year. As always, we will share a variety of ways to participate in this event remotely. For those who are not able or uncomfortable coming to Springfield, stay tuned for our annual virtual advocacy opportunities.

¡Hacemos un llamamiento a todos los defensores! Únanse a nosotros en Springfield, Illinois, el 13 de mayo de 2026 para el Día de la Defensa de la Primera Infancia.
