Dear Fellow Republicans,
In less than four months, we face what nearly everyone knows to be the most historic and critical election in our lifetime. Everything we believe in and cherish about America is on the line.
But this election — as important as it is — may not be decided at the ballot box. Instead, we’ve seen that it may ultimately come down to an all-out battle in the courts.
From defending against Democrat attempts to terraform the landscape in which our candidates are running, to our need to preempt the real possibility of our election outcomes remaining undecided and litigated on for days and perhaps weeks after Election Day, this much is clear — we, as Republicans, must ensure that we can bring and sustain the fight against Democrats in the courts.
The Democrats know that if they can’t win at the ballot box, they need to steal our elections with millions of potentially fraudulent votes while launching unprecedented legal challenges to upend America's lawful voting system.
