Over the weekend, ICE executed another civilian in the streets of
Minneapolis.

This time, it was 37-year-old Alex Pretti, an intensive care nurse for
veterans. He was pepper-sprayed, beaten, and shot ten times by ICE agents
after filming them with his cell phone and trying to help a woman who
agents violently shoved to the ground.

Once again, the Trump regime immediately lied and told a different story
to try to justify this unnecessary, deadly use of force. Once again, video
evidence from multiple angles revealed the truth and debunked their
blatant lies.

Trump’s murderous secret police force is completely out of control, and
DHS leadership like Kristi Noem and Greg Bovino have repeatedly proven
that their word cannot be trusted.

In light of yet another state-sanctioned murder, we firmly agree with
Minneapolis Rep. Ilhan Omar:

[2]Tweet from Ilhan Omar: Voting NO on the DHS funding bill is the bare
minimum. Backing Kristi Noem’s impeachment is the bare minimum. Holding
law-breaking ICE agents legally accountable is the bare minimum. ICE is
beyond reform. Abolish it.

As we ramp up the pressure on Democratic Party leaders to do their jobs in
Congress and stop ICE from killing more people and terrorizing our
