Public Notice of Amendment Request to the DEQ Industrial Siting Permit for The Chugwater Energy Project; DEQ/ISC 25-01

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received a request to amend Special Condition #25 from Kathryn Stevens for the Chugwater Energy Project; DEQ/ISC 25-01.

Amendments to ISC permits are governed by Wyoming Statutes§ 35-12-106(c) and (d), and Chapter 1, Section 15 of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Rules and Regulations.

Ms. Stevens' amendment request will be reviewed at ISC's first quarter meeting at 9:00 am, March 24, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Department of Workforce Services Building, Gannett Peak and Grand Teton rooms, 5221 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009.

The public may review a copy of the amendment request and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online by clicking on the following link:
