** Pittsburgh declares state of emergency after snow storm ([link removed])

Mayor Corey O’Connor said dozens of snow plows were disabled Sunday ([link removed]) , leaving secondary roads largely untouched.

He said the emergency declaration enables the city to bring in outside contractors to help remove snow.

Pittsburgh Public Schools has not made an announcement about its Tuesday operations.
