Dear Friend,
Our 2026 Annual Fund Drive is a
crucial movement to unite dedicated individuals, like you, to make a
profound difference in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. As the
number of people affected by Alzheimer's continues to rise, the need
to stand together is more urgent than ever.

Thanks to our supporters, we've made tremendous progress in
advancing research and providing care and support to the millions of
people affected by Alzheimer's. Indeed, there are reasons for hope.
But our work is far from done.
We won't rest until everyone living
with dementia of any kind - at any stage - can get the
treatment, care and support they need and deserve.
During our 2026 Annual Fund Drive, you can fuel our fight
against Alzheimer's all year long. Your generosity can help build on
our past successes and continue to make advancements in research, care
and support, including:
* Improving care programs like essentiALZ® Training and
Certification. Nearly 3,000 care providers have completed the
essentiALZ training course to gain certification to improve
dementia care quality.

* Investing in research such as U.S. POINTER. The Association has
invested $60 million to study the link between lifestyle changes
and dementia risk with ongoing monitoring of participants for
four years.

* Advocating for legislation that makes Alzheimer's a national
priority, including the Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD)
Infrastructure for Alzheimer's Act, which is focused on building
a public health infrastructure nationwide to improve outcomes
for affected families.

Alzheimer's is an escalating global public health crisis. What
do I mean by crisis? From 2000-2022, deaths from Alzheimer's increased
142% - and right now, it kills more Americans than breast cancer
and prostate cancer combined.
We must do everything we can to further our mission to lead
the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by
accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early
detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

When you join the fight with your first gift today, your
generous contribution will help pave the way toward a future free from
Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
Thank you in advance for helping make our 2026 Annual Fund
Drive a powerful force in the fight against Alzheimer's.
