$7 billion in cuts from the HHS budget for 2026 → Cancels efforts to fight the overdose crisis, cancer research, infectious disease prevention, and maternal mortality.

20,000+ public health workers fired → A 25% reduction in the public health workforce, undermining vaccine oversight, drug approvals, HIV prevention, CDC programs, and more. Kennedy even fired the entire CDC independent vaccine advisory panel and replaced them with anti-vax “MAHA” loyalists.

44 states battling a growing measles outbreak → Kennedy’s dangerous lies about vaccines,fueling the anti-vax movement are derailing vaccine efforts, causing the highest measles rate since the country eliminated the disease in 2000.
