City of Harker Heights Announces Temporary Closure of Non-Essential
The City of Harker Heights will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th, for all non-essential services.
Emergency services, as well as the Streets and Water Departments, will remain fully operational to ensure public safety and continuity of critical services.
The VFW/City of Harker Heights Warming Center, located at 201 VFW Drive, will remain open to serve those in need.
Additionally, Waste Management has suspended household garbage collection for tomorrow. Missed collections will be rescheduled and completed later this week.
The City will continue to monitor conditions and provide additional updates as information becomes available. Further communications updates will be issued tomorrow.
