Yesterday, the American experiment hit a breaking point.

In Minneapolis, a VA ICU nurse—a person who dedicated their life to healing—was shot while filming federal agents who were already violating the law. Let’s be very clear about the stakes: If a citizen cannot legally carry a firearm while documenting the illegal actions of the state, then the Constitution is dead. The Second Amendment is gone, the First Amendment is a memory, and we are living under a fascist regime.

This is a state-sponsored execution and an annihilation of our rights as free American citizens.

These agents are roaming the streets like an occupying army, hiding their faces behind masks to avoid accountability while they terrorize our neighbors.

Here is the bare minimum required to save what is left of our democracy:

1. Kristi Noem must resign immediately.
2. Pull every federal agent out of Minnesota.
3. Ban the use of masks with ICE, CBP, and HSI ranks.
4. Fire Gregory Bovino and send CBP back to the border.

If these demands are not met, we have one message for Senate Democrats: SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN.

Do not give this fascist regime another dime of taxpayer money to fund the bullets they are firing at us. If you are not willing to shut down the government to save the lives of your constituents, you are complicit. You are feckless. You are helping them kill the Republic.

We must rise up. In the streets, in our homes, and at the ballot box. This is the only way to save our country from the fascists who want to destroy it.
