Not only do the grocery stores run out of food but they can't get new deliveries in because of the weather. When there finally is a break in the weather, people still can't get food and then when it is restocked they go crazy again because of the "shortage" that just happened.

Its a viscous cycle and one that is sure to happen again and again.

Not for me and my family though.
