Masked immigration agents just shot and killed a man in Minneapolis in what appears to be an execution.
A legal observer was swarmed and pushed to the ground by an entire team of officers, beaten, and shot multiple times. There is simply no defense for this.
Trump’s violent, lawless occupation must end. We have to stop funding DHS, impeach Kristi Noem, and get ICE out of our cities, now.
These are not rogue incidents. This is an all out assault on American life.
ICE is a criminal organization that is entering homes without real warrants, detaining witnesses, brutalizing protesters, and killing people. All at the direction of Trump.
In the coming days, there will be a vote on the budget in the Senate. It includes another $60 billion for DHS, including $10 billion for ICE. Republicans alone don’t have the votes to pass it. I will be voting no.
We must stop funding DHS. There is no other path forward.
