Hi – my name is Nancy Lacore, and I’m running for Congress in SC-01.

When Pete Hegseth removed me after 35 years of serving our country in the Navy, I learned this the hard way: when leadership loses integrity, real people pay the price.

South Carolinians are facing that same reality under Nancy Mace. I’m running for Congress because I refuse to accept that this is just “how things work now.”

I’m running because integrity matters.

We have a tough path ahead of us, but I’m confident we can win with your support. Will you split a donation between my campaign and Eileen Laubacher's today?

I’ve served our country at the highest levels of government. I’ve seen leadership done right: principled, accountable, and results-oriented. But I’ve experienced firsthand what happens when experience is sidelined without explanation.

That kind of leadership doesn’t just hurt institutions. It hurts families, communities, our nation, and it erodes hard-earned trust.

Over the course of Mace’s term, integrity hasn’t just taken a backseat – it’s been replaced with chaos, negligence, and political theater. She’s verbally abused constituents, fueled reckless conspiracy theories, and used the halls of Congress to air personal grievances.

We can do better.

I promise to put our communities before ambition and be accountable to the people I serve. I lived it for 35 years, and I don’t plan to stop now. If you believe in doing the job the right way and setting a higher standard, please consider splitting a donation between my campaign and Eileen Laubacher's.

With my deepest respect and gratitude,
Nancy Lacore
