One week from today, Texans across Special District 9 will be heading to the polls to cast their ballots for a new State Senator.

We have to make sure they vote for Taylor Rehmet.

The stakes are high for this one, folks. 

If we win, we elect a real public servant, and send a message that Texas shouldn’t be overlooked as a purple state. The momentum will be in our favor for the midterms.

If we come up short, Texas gets another do-nothing yes man, and Greg Abbott gets another pawn to use in passing his awful agenda. 

Why are we so concerned with a state level race? Because there’s an opportunity for real change here in a state that hasn’t gone blue in a while, but has come very close several times in recent years. 

Winning this election in an off year with the most important midterms of our lives coming up would be huge not just for Texas, but for the entire country.
