You are cordially invited to the grand opening of VIDA Fitness Ballston on Wednesday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. at 4040 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201. Registration is required, so that VIDA Fitness can ensure adherence to capacity limits. Arlington County Board Member, Matt de Ferranti, and leaders from Arlington Economic Development and Ballston BID will be in attendance.

VIDA Fitness was established in 2006 and employs career track personal trainers, registered dietitians, group fitness instructors, and spa technicians with the top recognized certifications and academic credentials. The Ballston location's 29,000-square-foot property is the first VIDA Fitness in Virginia.
