Political extremists want us arguing over cultural flashpoints while families struggle with rising costs, underfunded schools, and closed hospitals.
As Governor, I will put a real check on that extremism and that constant divisiveness. My focus will be on getting actual things done for all South Carolinians, not performing for right wing social media and chasing viral outrage. Governing is about results, accountability, and improving people’s lives.
We’ve already seen what real leadership can do. In Virginia, Democrat Abigail Spanberger was inaugurated as Governor and immediately changed the direction of the state. Her administration has already expanded support for public schools, ensured hospitals were properly funded, and ended harmful cooperation with ICE.
Concrete actions that improve people’s lives… what a concept.
That future is within reach for South Carolina too. We can choose leadership that lowers the temperature, rejects extremism, and delivers for working families in every corner of our state.
