For 25 years, the AAP has run a racketeering scheme to defraud American families about the safety of the childhood vaccine schedule — all while receiving funding from vaccine manufacturers and providing financial incentives to pediatricians who achieve high vaccination rates. Families paid the price. So did physicians who refused to go along. This suit represents parents who lost children and doctors who were persecuted for telling the truth. It makes a case that shows how deeply compromised pediatric medicine has become. This is what rooting out disinformation at the source looks like. This is what fixing the perverse incentives behind medical judgment looks like. This is what justice for grieving families and wrongly vilified pediatricians looks like.
