Citizens Alliance of New Hampshire is calling on you to take immediate action!

House Bill 1704, the
Public Employee Choice Act, is moving through the House Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services Committee, and your voice is needed now to help advance this important legislation.

HB 1704 ([link removed]) empowers public employees in New Hampshire, including teachers, state workers, municipal employees, and others, to bargain individually with their public employers on wages, hours, working conditions, and grievance adjustments without any interference from unions or exclusive bargaining representatives.

This bill aligns perfectly with The Pledge's principle of
voting to expand economic freedom for individuals that our 94 Pledge Champions in Good Standing uphold.

Public employees deserve the freedom to represent themselves if they choose, and no one should be forced into collective bargaining against their will.

The committee needs to hear overwhelming support from constituents like you.

A strong showing of emails urging an "
Ought to Pass" recommendation will help push HB 1704 forward and send a clear message that New Hampshire values personal freedom and choice in employment.
