Hey team! I’m Ben, Rob’s Digital Director. I wish I was introducing myself
under better, more celebratory circumstances, but hey, here we are.

More specifically though, we’re here:

For context, I’m talking to Rob on Monday about our digital fundraising
program, and I’m hoping we can right the ship a bit before that convo
takes place.

We had a tremendous fundraising push to close out 2025, but that won’t
amount to much if we rest on our laurels and let our efforts slip.

Running a successful campaign requires careful planning, and flexibility
when things don’t go according to plan. That’s a heck of a lot easier when
you’ve got resources.

Coming up short would leave gaps in our budgets, and we’d be starting the
year already having to adjust our projections and potentially scale back
outreach efforts across channels.

So here’s what I’m proposing,
