BREAKING: The House just voted to stop Trump from starting a needless war with Venezuela. 

Earlier this month, the Department of Defense carried out an extraordinary operation involving Venezuelan President Maduro without transparency, a clear strategy, or a plan to prevent escalation and retaliation across the region.  

We cannot allow this to plunge the United States into further conflict.
