Let me be clear: 2026 is a critical year for our country. We’re at a crossroads, and this November will test our democracy in ways we can’t afford to ignore.

I don’t say that lightly. The 2026 election will determine whether our democracy holds — or whether Donald Trump and his allies succeed in dragging us further toward authoritarianism.
