The impact of New Strength is growing; the gym hopes to offer virtual training to provide more families an opportunity to train and get fit from the comfort of their own home. From breakthrough moments at the barbell to the heartwarming sight of Percy typing "COACH J" on his communication device, this story is a testament to the power of saying "yes" to inclusion.

Finding a fitness space that truly welcomes neurodivergent children can be a discouraging journey. For Cassie H., a mom to two autistic children, that journey included being turned away from nearly ten programs in just two months. Everything changed when she discovered New Strength Adaptive Fitness in Arlington, TX.

Beyond local gyms, national efforts are also expanding. Autism Speaks has recently launched Autism Fit, a new health and wellness series designed by and for autistic adults to break down barriers to exercise and help the community move with confidence.
