? Provide care and support, from our free 24/7
Helpline (800.272.3900), staffed by specialists and master's-level
care consultants, to ALZNavigator(TM), an online tool that provides
resources and creates personalized action plans for people living with
the disease.

? Advance critical research, so we can learn more
about this progressive and fatal disease. Your support helps us
continue to accelerate research toward methods of treatment,
prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
? Strengthen our efforts and work at the federal
level to encourage legislation that will increase research funding and
improve the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's and all other
dementia.
Lower Your Risk in the New Year.

Results were presented at the 2025 Alzheimer's
Association International Conference® (AAIC®) for the
Association-led U.S. POINTER - a two-year clinical trial to
evaluate whether lifestyle interventions that simultaneously target
many risk factors protect cognitive function in older adults who are
at increased risk for cognitive decline.

Findings showed that positive actions can make a difference
in brain health, including exercising, eating healthy and getting a
good night's rest. And when combined into a program that targets
multiple factors like physical activity, improving nutrition,
cognitive and social challenge and health monitoring, we now know it
can have an even more powerful impact.
We're all at risk for developing this disease, but with your
support of our 2026 Annual Fund Drive, we'll continue to advance
research, including more studies and clinical trials like U.S.
POINTER, as well as improve care and support resources through trusted
data.

Now Is the Time To Do More, Not Less.
Even amid recent funding uncertainty, our supporters stood
with us, and research continued because of that. We are so grateful,
and we're working hard to protect care, support and research for the
millions of people living with Alzheimer's disease and those who love
them. But our work is far from done, and your support has never been
more urgent. Will you give now to help us keep our momentum going in
the new year?
