Today I'm speaking to you about a matter I consider essential to Idaho and
the Country as a whole:the Idaho Potato.

I know you expect me to talk about China or the latest crisis, but let's be
honest -nothing is more serious than Idaho’s staple agricultural product and
America's favorite vegetable.

Idaho’s agricultural output is a critical part of our economy, and it’s under
attack from the Democrats with their never-ending red tape and limitless
regulations.
