Under the pressure of my questioning, Jack Smith admitted that he withheld the name of Speaker Kevin McCarthy from a federal judge while obtaining records tied to the Speaker’s office.

That is completely unacceptable.

Democrats treat Republicans as enemies simply because we disagree with them. That’s why they resorted to lawfare—to silence and punish their political opponents. They couldn’t win the debate, so they weaponized the power of government instead.

Let me be crystal clear: this will happen again if Democrats take back the House.

They will launch endless impeachment inquiries and partisan investigations that grind Congress to a halt and erase the progress Republicans have made for the American people. Radical politics will once again take priority over results.
