I couldn’t believe it when Washington Republicans like Tom Tiffany gave tax breaks to their wealthy special interests through Donald Trump’s Big Ugly Bill.

Now, this bill is being used to defund abortion clinics across Wisconsin — I won’t back down from fighting these dangerous policies and protecting a woman’s right to choose. If that’s enough to convince you to join us, will you chip in whatever makes sense for you?

These clinics provide life-saving services for so many in our state, from reproductive care to cancer screenings.

No one in Wisconsin should have to live in fear that they won’t be able to get the health care they need. That’s why I support codifying the standard in Roe v. Wade and finally getting our 1849 abortion ban off the books.

And while he voted to undermine a woman’s right to choose, GOP frontrunner Tom Tiffany claimed this legislation would “[protect] benefits for the most vulnerable.”

He couldn’t be more wrong — and I’m ready on Day One to stand up against Washington’s attacks on Wisconsinites’ fundamental freedoms. Can I count on you to chip in today?
