Recordatorio para participar
Estimado colega afiliado a MCN:

Estamos recompensando su participación en esta encuesta con una tarjeta electrónica de regalo por $5 dólares. Nos estamos acercando al cierre del proyecto y queremos recordarle que participe en este importante estudio sobre el bienestar de los trabajadores de la salud (médicos, enfermeras, trabajadores sociales y trabajadores de la salud comunitaria) que prestan servicios a grupos vulnerables durante la pandemia de COVID-19. El último día para responder la encuesta es el viernes 7 de agosto a las 11:59pm (CST).

Le agradeceríamos mucho que se tomara el tiempo para completar esta encuesta anónima en línea (aproximadamente 15 minutos). Como agradecimiento, los participantes que sean elegibles y respondan a la encuesta recibirán una tarjeta electrónica de regalo por $5 dólares.

Los hallazgos de este estudio informarán mejor a las agencias sobre cómo abordar las necesidades de salud mental de los proveedores de salud durante una crisis de salud nacional. Este proyecto es una colaboración entre el Instituto Latino de Investigación de la Universidad de Texas en Austin, la Red de Clínicos Migrantes (MCN) y el Centro Nacional para la Salud de los Trabajadores Agrícolas (NCFH).

Recruitment Reminder 
Dear MCN Colleague:

We are offering an incentive to respond to this survey, a $5 dollar e-gift card of your choice. We are approaching the end of our project and want to remind you to participate in this important study on the wellbeing being of health workers (physicians, nurses, social workers, and community health workers) serving vulnerable groups during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey will close on Friday, August 7th at 11:59pm CST. 

We would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete the brief confidential online survey (approximately 15 minutes). As a thank you, participants who are eligible and complete the survey will receive a $5 e-gift card of their choice.

The findings from this study will better inform healthcare agencies on how to address the mental health needs of health providers during a national health crisis. This project is a collaboration between the Latino Research Institute at the University of Texas at Austin, the Migrant Clinicians Network (MCN), and the National Center for Farmworkers Health (NCFH).
