Montana's Senate race is one of the closest in the country. The last poll I saw had Steve Bullock, the Democrat, leading by just 2 percent -- well within the margin of error.

This race is also one of the most important in the country, because if we can flip this seat, Democrats will almost certainly win control of the Senate.

You should also know that Montana is one of the least expensive states to run an election.

That means that if you can contribute $3 to Steve Bullock's campaign, it will go a LONG way -- a lot further than it would in many other races. And that's why I am asking:

Can you split a $3 between Steve Bullock's campaign and my re-election today? Winning this seat is so important.

If we can elect Joe Biden in November, if we can hold the House, and if we can flip the Senate we have a chance to turn this country around. But it will take ALL OF US doing what we can to make it happen. It won't be easy. So thanks for chipping in.
