Today, Republicans in Congress (backed by Trump) are trying to hand ICE even more money with zero accountability.

As a member of the House Appropriations Committee with direct oversight over ICE’s budget, I am voting NO. We cannot give even more funding to an agency that acts as if it is above the law.

Sign my petition to tell Congress: No new funding for ICE without real safeguards and accountability!

Here is why I’m voting no:

Under the direction of Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, ICE has moved from law enforcement to absolute lawlessness. They are terrorizing our neighborhoods, tear-gassing protesters, and operating in the shadows behind masks and unmarked cars.

I don’t feel any safer, and I know millions of Americans feel the same way. So I’m drawing a line in the sand. We need real reforms now:

• Mandatory body cameras for every agent
• A total ban on masks used by agents to hide their identities
• Real oversight to stop the abuse of power

I’m taking a stand and voting no, but I need you with me. Sign my petition saying NO new funding for ICE without real safeguards and accountability!
