John,

On January 22, 1973, the United States Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling in Roe v. Wade — guaranteeing a woman’s right to an abortion.

Nearly four years later, on October 18, 1976, I gave birth to my oldest child, Hannah, grateful that she would grow up with greater control over her reproductive rights than I did.

In June of 2022, that all changed. The Supreme Court defied years of precedent and overturned Roe, against the will of medical professionals, civil rights advocates, and most importantly — the American people.

Everyday since, we’ve witnessed unabashed attacks on a woman’s fundamental right to bodily autonomy across the country. It’s clear what happens next: Until we pass a federal law protecting a woman’s right to choose, these horrific policies aren’t going anywhere.

And that’s exactly what I’m fighting for in Congress. Will you chip in $, $, or even just $1 to my campaign today to restore the right to abortion nationwide, and ensure future generations grow up with reproductive freedom? [[link removed]]

Thank you for being part of this fight.

All my best,
