Friends, today marks 53 years since the Supreme Court ruled in favor of reproductive freedom with its landmark Roe decision.

But thanks to Trump packing the Court with far-right, anti-choice judges, SCOTUS stripped women of their bodily autonomy when they overturned Roe back in 2022.

Let’s get one thing straight, John: Abortion is health care, full stop.

That’s why even right here in Kentucky, voters overwhelmingly defeated an amendment that would have further restricted access to reproductive care.

Now, our country is a confusing, often contradictory patchwork of state laws with tens of millions of women left without access to safe, legal abortion care.

I’ll never stop fighting for reproductive freedom for Kentucky and beyond, and I hope you’ll continue to support my efforts in this fight.

In solidarity,

Morgan McGarvey
