January 21, 2026 – Docket No. 20004-174-ER-25 (Record No. 17880) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding Montana-Dakota Utilities Co.’s (MDU or the Company) request for authority to increase its retail electric service rates by approximately $7,507,017 or 24.36 percent. The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

January 21, 2026 – Docket No. 10019-78-CT-25 (Record No. 18025) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application (Application) of Big Horn Rural Electric Company (Big Horn or the Cooperative) for authority to revise its rules and regulations.

January 22, 2026 – Docket No. 10019-79-CT-25 (Record No. 18032) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Big Horn Rural Electric Company (Big Horn or the Cooperative) for authority to revise its rules and regulations.
