Today, disgraced former Special Counsel Jack Smith testified before the House Judiciary Committee on his political witch hunt of President Donald Trump. 

Smith claims he was sworn in as Special Counsel in November 2022, yet nearly a year later, Merrick Garland administered a second oath of office. Why? 

When I pressed him about the legitimacy of his first oath, Smith told me he "signed an oath" and "felt he was under oath," yet there was no witness signature to verify.
